Apostle Winston Blair

Apostle Winston Blair is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Hope Redemption Worship Center, a multicultural, non-denominational church serving the Conyers, Georgia community.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Pastor Blair is the eldest of eight children raised by godly parents who modeled Christian faith and service. His mother served faithfully as a missionary, Sunday school teacher, and prayer warrior, while his father was an active member of the church choir. From an early age, Pastor Blair was grounded in biblical teaching and Christian values through their example.

At the age of sixteen, Pastor Blair recognized a divine calling on his life to serve the Lord. After seeking guidance from church elders, he was mentored and ordained as an Evangelist. He traveled extensively throughout Jamaica, preaching the Gospel and leading souls to Christ.

Pastor Blair began preaching in 1977 at the New Testament Assembly in Winters Pen, St. Catherine, Jamaica. In 1981, he expanded his ministry internationally, traveling to London, England and Nigeria as a National Evangelist. During this time, he assisted in establishing new churches, ministered to local communities, and supported outreach efforts including feeding and clothing the less fortunate.

In 1985, Pastor Blair migrated to Toronto, Canada, where he was ordained as a National Evangelist at Redemption Worship Center. He was later ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 1995 by World Wide Crusades. In 1998, Pastor Blair ministered at First Bethlehem Baptist Church in New York, where he served faithfully for two years.

On October 2, 2012, Pastor Blair founded Hope Redemption Worship Center, Inc., answering God’s call to establish a ministry rooted in hope, redemption, and second chances.

In 2015, Pastor Blair was further ordained as an International Chaplain Ambassador-at-Large by the College of Chaplaincy. He remains deeply involved in community outreach and operates a radio ministry that continues to extend the reach of the Gospel beyond church walls.

Known for his love, humility, charisma, strength, patience, and welcoming spirit, Pastor Blair is greatly respected and cherished by his congregation and community.

Pastor Blair is married to Denise Blair, and together they are the proud parents of two daughters, Howesha and Kadeen.
